I am a postdoctoral fellow in the Hileman Lab at the University of Kansas, also collaborating with the Kelly Lab.
I'm examining microevolutionary processes that drive trait evolution and larger evolutionary patterns. I study floral adaptation in the plant genus Penstemon using a genetic approach. I began this research during my PhD in the Rausher Lab at Duke University.
In January of 2020, I'm starting a lab at the University of South Carolina and will be recruiting creative, enthusiastic, and motivated lab-mates that are also interested in evolutionary genetics and speciation. Take a look at my research page and publications. Get in touch if you'd like to connect about joining as a postdoc or as a masters/PhD student!
