I have moved to the University of South Carolina and a new lab website is currently under construction.
I'm examining microevolutionary processes that drive trait evolution and larger evolutionary patterns. I study floral adaptation in the plant genus Penstemon using a genetic approach. Many projects are in collaboration with the Hileman Lab and the Kelly Lab at the University of Kansas. I began this research during my PhD in the Rausher Lab at Duke University.
I am currently growing my lab and am interested in connecting with creative, enthusiastic, and motivated folks that are also interested in evolutionary genetics and speciation. Take a look at my research page and publications and please get in touch if you are interested in working with me.
